The ConsensusDocs' 500.1 is an amendment that can be used in conjunction with the ConsensusDocs' 500 Agreement and General Conditions Between Owner and Construction Manager (Where the CM is At-Risk), to set the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) when the Owner and Construction Manager mutually agree on a GMP amount.
